This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location couldn't be better - it's right opposite the bus terminal, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. And let's not forget about the rooms - comfortable beds and kitchen facilities meant we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Finally, the breakfast spread was truly impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The room lacked a fridge, which did not allow us to have cold drinks readily available. the room could get quite hot at some point, especially during the summer, as there was no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable to sleep at times.

It also had several facilities to accommodate my needs, including a lounge and a gym.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and it disconnected frequently, which made it impossible to work or even browse the internet consistently.

The room was quite small and cramped. The bathroom was not very clean and seemed outdated.
